SPACE RENTAL RATES

Workshops & Classes: $8 PER PERSON
(LESS THAN 10 PARTICIPANTS, RATE WILL THAN BE $80 FOR THE HOUR) 
WE DO OFFER 15MIN SETUP AND 15MIN BREAKDOWN
 
SOUND BATH HEALING EVENTS: $12 PER PERSON
(A minimum rate for 10 participants applies, even if fewer attend the event)
WE OFFER A 3 HOUR BLOCK FOR THESE EVENTS (HELPS WITH SETUP/CLEANUP)

FOR PARTIES & LARGER EVENTS!

FULL DAY EVENT: $675

($111 an hour when renting less then 6 hours)
What’s Included in Our 6-Hour Event Space Rental: 60 max capacity

  • Bar Area: Perfect for food and drink setup.

  • Furniture: Four tables, 15 chairs & 7ft restaurant style banquette bench

  • Ambiance: String light bulbs for a cozy atmosphere and a skylight for natural lighting during daytime events.

  • Facilities: Restroom with cleaning and all toiletries included throughout the event.

  • Cleanup: Access to a trash dumpster, sweeping, and basic cleaning services.


  • Renter Responsibility: Cleanup of trash, and party supplies must be removed by the end of the event.

Important Note: If alcohol will be served, the renter is required to arrange for security to 

address any issues related to over consumption

& PHOTOSHOOTS

Our small gatherings and photoshoot rental space is perfect for intimate gatherings, creative shoots, and business meetings.
For just $60 an hour, enjoy access to our restroom, built-in bar area, (4) 6ft tables, and 15 chairs—everything you need
for a comfortable and functional setup.
